So I tried my hand at some chocolate-piped lettering today! It was a bit fiddly at first but I got a lot more comfortable after the second go. The chefs asked me to do a few for some guests in the restaurant. I’m glad I gave it a try and hope that the recipients weren’t too disappointed with the outcomes!
